Bull Terriers eyes

The Bull Terriers eyes are different from other dogs. The eyelids are triangular with the outside angle extending towards the base of the ear. The eyes are deeply set in the sockets for protection of the eye. The iris colour is either black or dark brown. Light brown eyes do appear, but are not favoured as they are sensitive to bright light and may become red and swollen detracting from the dog’s overall appearance. In shows if a Bull Terrier have blue eyes they are disqualify.
